DESAIN SISTEM HUMAN MACHINE INTERFACE – PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROL PADA OTOMASI MINI PLANT PENGENDALI SUHU DAN LEVEL

Abstract


Untuk mengotomatisasi parameter fisis pada plant, seperti level dan temperatur, dan meminimalkan campur tangan manusia, maka digunakan sistem SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) yang memantau plant. Sementara SCADA digunakan untuk memonitor sistem, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) juga digunakan untuk penyimpanan internal instruksi untuk fungsi implementasi seperti logika, pengurutan, pewaktuan, pencacahan dan aritmetika melalui modul input/output. Pada artikel ini, kami membuat sistem pengontrolan suhu dan level pada mini plant dengan menggunakan program SCADA yang diintegrasikan dengan perangkat lunak CX-One. Metode yang digunakan adalah membuat program SCADA dan (HMI Human Machine Interface) yang kemudian dihubungkan dengan mini plant yang menggunakan PLC OMRON CP1E L20DR-A. Penelitian diawali dengan membuat ladder diagram, menguji ladder diagram, dan mentransfer ladder diagram ke PLC secara langsung. Kemudian alamat-alamat yang digunakan pada ladder diagram digunakan untuk pengalamatan objek-objek yang ada di HMI. Selanjutnya pengujian dilakukan terhadap program SCADA dan HMI. Hasilnya pada pengendalian level air 1 – 12 cm diperlukan waktu selama 4,96 – 61 detik. Pengendalian suhu air 30–70 ℃ diperlukan waktu 30 – 191,41 detik. Program SCADA ini terbukti dapat mengendalikan sistem mini plant yang diintegrasikan dengan PLC OMRON CP1E L20DR-A.
